The Inspection Period

At FirearmsAntique.com, we understand that collectors of 19th-century artifacts need to verify the provenance and condition of their items in person. We provide a **14-day inspection window** starting from the date of delivery.

If you are not satisfied with your acquisition, you may initiate a return within this period. All returned items must be in the exact condition in which they were dispatched from our Gillette, NJ hub. Any alteration, disassembly, or damage to the original finish will void the return eligibility.

Authenticity Protection

We take pride in our 25,000+ item catalog and our vetting process. Every firearms antique we sell is guaranteed to be an original produced in or before 1898. If a specimen is ever proven to be a modern reproduction or inaccurately described regarding its manufacturing era, we will provide a 100% refund of the purchase price, regardless of the time elapsed since the sale.

Processing Refunds

Because we prioritize privacy and security through direct payments, refunds are processed via the original payment method used. For Bitcoin (BTC) transactions, refunds will be issued based on the USD value at the time of the original purchase. Bank wire and Zelle refunds are initiated within 3-5 business days of the returned item arriving at our New Jersey facility and passing inspection.

Return Logistics

Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must ensure the package is fully insured and tracked. Given the fragile nature of original antique guns and military relics, we require that returns utilize the same museum-grade packaging standards we use for initial dispatch.
